RETURNS & EXCHANGE
WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your Crumble Cottage purchase, but if you’re not you can return your item within 30 days of receipt as long as it’s unused and in it’s original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund. The refund will be made on the origin card or payment system that you used for the original purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges, but we will charge for sending any exchange items by post.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING ?
You can return an item as long as you have your receipt or delivery note.
Please send your return by post.
Please let us know whether you require an exchange or refund and if you supply a packing slip, please add a daytime telephone number and email address incase we need to contact you about the return.
If you no longer have a packing slip, please enclose a letter giving your name, address, email and daytime telephone number incase we need to discuss the return with you.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our offices. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?
We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and we are very disappointed on the rare occasion that our customer receives faulty goods. If you have discovered a fault within 30 days of purchase please call 01869 232972 to discuss the problem.
Should you need to return the faulty item, we will refund any standard second class postage on the faulty item. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our offices. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Please ensure that you carefully read the care instructions labeled on our products. We cannot accept am item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?
If the product you require is still available we will exchange it for you, (postage charged at £2.95 for second class delivery). If the new item you require costs less than the original, we will refund you the difference. If it costs more, we will need to take an additional payment from you before we can send the item.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOU AT A SHOW?
Yes, you can return an item as long as you have the original receipt.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
An item received as a gift can be exchanged. An email will be sent to the original purchaser. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?
Once your parcel is received by us, it can take up to 10 days to fulfill your request.
